Rates & Pricing
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we've provided a guideline of our standard rates—covering basic labour charges, call-out fees, and billing practices. Please note that all rates are subject to change.
Weekday Rates
Labour charge is billed at a minimum of one hour, followed by 15-minute increments thereafter.
Charges apply from the time the technician departs for the job until their return to our yard.
Mileage Rates
Mileage is charged per km from our office to the site and back, unless otherwise agreed in advance
Travel charges apply up to a maximum of 200 km

After Hours Service
A one-off fee applies to all out-of-hours call-outs unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Labour is billed at our standard hourly at a minimum of one hour

Specialised Service Rates
Rates for electrical work, septic services, and gas fitting vary from our standard technician rate due to the specialised nature of these services
